Dangling upside down from a long, cotton sofa, eyes fixated on Goosebumps, Northern Lights and later Harry Potter, I had a strange feeling then as a child that stories would have a profound impact on my life. The Great Gatsby would crystallise my love for storytelling and expression through fiction and words, and by the time I had finished reading Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and All the Light We Cannot See, I had dived a hundred thousand words deep into my own story of action, drama and science fiction. I joke to my students about never arriving at publication but I swear, the novel will be published! A century later!
In the day, I tutor primary school and high school students at SIGI Hurstville and Chatswood.
I'm passionate about connecting with other writers - professional, recreational or those who simply want to pick up the pen - so you're welcome to shoot me a hi!
